Working in partnership with Alchemy Head Office, as Regional Director, you will be recruiting, managing and supporting a large team of Alchemy licensees and franchisees (Consultants and Partners) within your geographic region.
You will have:
The Regional Rights For a Wealth Of Intellectual Property: You have full use, marketing and Master License sales rights of all the intellectual property, materials and branding within your region. This includes the 30 Alchemy Manuals and a plethora of Consultants templates, tools, software, worksheets, guides and resource materials.

Comprehensive Training and Support: You will attend the same intensive 8 and a half day training as our Partners. In addition, you receive our comprehensive Regional Director training programme, which includes the same automated recruitment and management systems. Personal mentoring and support is also provided so as to ensure your success.
.The Alchemy Network Operating System: A step-by-step system for running your region. We have made it easy for you to run and manage your region. With these systems you can attract, recruit and profitably support an expanding network of valuable members in your region.
Membership To A Select Group: You will be invited to influence the strategic direction of the Alchemy Network. You will be invited to select meetings and conversations. You will have autonomy to shape and develop your own network of partners and consultants throughout your state. Their success will be your success. Your success will be our success.
